Orders & Quotes

1. Quote Requests: All orders must be submitted via our quote & order request form on the Site. Ordering begins when you submit a request.
2. Order Acceptance: A quote from us does not constitute a contract until we confirm acceptance in writing. We may reject any order at our discretion. Once acceptance has been sent, you are contractually obliged to make full payment for the order as it is at this point that we order your garments.
3. Custom Artwork & Approval: For custom logos and designs, we may provide digital mock-ups. You must approve these mock-ups before production begins. Once approved, changes may incur additional charges.

Pricing & Payment

1. Prices: All prices are subject to change, based on the details supplied in your quote request. Pricing will be confirmed in your order confirmation.
   
2. Payment: We accept payments by the methods specified in your order confirmation.
   
3. VAT & Fees: All prices are exclusive of applicable VAT and delivery costs unless stated otherwise.

Production & Delivery

1. Turnaround: Typical lead times are 10–14 days but may vary based on order size, design complexity, and approval times. This will be confirmed with you in your order confirmation email.
   
2. Delivery Charges: Delivery costs are based on your location and will be confirmed in your quote.
   
3. Delivery Estimates: Delivery dates are estimates only and we are not liable for delays outside our control.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

1. Custom Goods: Due to their personalised nature, custom printed and embroidered items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly produced.
   
2. Faulty Items: If goods are faulty, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos and order details. We will assess the issue and may offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
   
3. Changes or Cancellations: If you wish to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately. Charges may apply if production has begun.

Intellectual Property

1. You grant us a licence to use designs, logos, and artwork you submit for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
   
2. You warrant that you have the right to use all artwork or trademarks provided and that using them will not infringe third-party rights.
   
3. All Site content (text, images, logos) is protected by copyright and may not be reused without permission.
