With over 60 years’ worth of combined knowledge, we are able to help give honest and sound advice, for the best production of your order. We have 4 in-house printing methods:
Embroidery
Embroidery is a digitised design that is stitched directly through the garment and is therefore extremely durable. Although some details do not translate into embroidery for example fades/gradients, we have other services available for these.
Vinyl Printing
These prints can be in single or multi colour, typically used for numbering, Individual names, or initials. Full colour transfers can be applied to most garment types providing a durable and professional finish.
DTG (Direct to Garment Printing)
Prints go directly on to the material of the garment; it allows the garment to feel softer, and the print becomes part of the garment, DTG printing can be printed in full multi- colour allowing photos and intricate designs to be printed as they appear. best printed onto cotton or polycotton garments. It lends itself best to white garments.
DTF (Direct to Film Printing)
Whilst working along the same lines of DTG there is more of a noticeable hand feel to DTF, this method is normally used for darker garments, artwork with negative space and the more intricate designs.
